Unit Overview:

Join our dynamic 37-bed Cardiac Telemetry team. This unit provides specialized care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, offering a fast-paced environment focused on clinical excellence and patient safety.

Staffing & Ratios:

• Standard Ratios: 1:5 – 1:6
• Maximum Ratio: 1:7 (Occurs only in rare, exceptional circumstances)

Role Expectations:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac and telemetry patients.
• Flexibility & Floating: To support hospital-wide patient care, staff must be willing and able to float to other Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Orthopedic units as needed.
