Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $15.00 – $16.50 per hour (Based on experience)
Job Type: Long-term assignment
About the Role:
USA Staffing is now hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our team! We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and provide effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and resources.
- Meet personal and team performance targets, including call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, providing timely and appropriate resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to adapt/respond to different customer interactions.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
