Registered Nurse (RN) – Mother/Baby (Postpartum)

Role Overview
Join our Mother/Baby unit for a day shift (06:45 – 19:00) position. This role focuses on postpartum care for mother and infant, requiring a high level of clinical competency in fetal monitoring and neonatal support. This position offers a 36-hour weekly guarantee (three 12-hour shifts).

Required Qualifications

  • Education: BSN degree preferred.
  • Licensure: Current, valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP required.
  • Experience: Previous Mother/Baby or Postpartum experience. Must be comfortable caring for COVID-19 positive patients.

Preferred Experience

  • Specialty Certifications: AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring.
  • Clinical Skills: Proficiency in vaginal examinations.
  • Technology: Previous experience with EPIC charting.

Unit Details & Logistics

  • Schedule: Day Shift, 06:45 – 19:00.
  • Guarantee: 36 hours per week.
  • Uniform: Navy or Royal Blue scrubs.
