Job Summary:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides expert behavioral support services within the school setting to promote positive student behavior and improve learning outcomes. This role includes conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), training staff, and collaborating with educational teams to support students with behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Support implementation of behavior strategies in classrooms and across school environments

Provide coaching and professional development to teachers, aides, and school staff

Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide decision-making

Collaborate with special education teams, related service providers, and families to promote student success

Ensure compliance with IDEA and other applicable state/federal regulations
Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Valid state licensure or ability to meet state credentialing requirements, if applicable

Previous experience working with children in school or clinical settings preferred

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
