We offers our nurse practitioners:

• Only 8-12 patients a day
• No nights, No weekends, No in-hospital call
• Outpatient primary care responsibilities only Full malpractice coverage with tail

Compensation and Benefits: 

• Employed position with above-market compensation that includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume) 
• Bonus Structure: 10% bonus on yearly salary

Ideal candidates will be: 

• Currently licensed to practice  professional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary 
• Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine 
• Current BLS/ACLS certification 
• Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions 
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics 
• Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members 
• Confident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs 
• Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization
