Operations Assistant

Staffing Management Group

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties on project start up such as creating field project information packets for new projects.
  • Perform bookkeeping functions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records according to established accounting principles.
  • Assist with payroll processing and handle basic human resource duties.
  • Track technicians hours on projects through electronic time clock system
  • Provide daily project dispatches to field technicians
  • Track and create close out packages with as builts and test results
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience working in an office administration role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

8 hour shift
