Must be willing to cross-credential at other HCA sites in FL 

Average Time to Credential: 120 days
Temps: Yes, with Clean File Only 

Schedule: Monday – Sunday 7a-3p or 4p-11p EST 
Minimum # of shifts: 1 Week per Month 
Procedures: Must be proficient in all areas of general Diagnostic and interventional Radiology
Daily DX volume: 80-90 RVUs Per Shift
Clinician RVU Expectation: 10-12 RVUs per hour 
Percentage of Modality Split: XR: 35-40%, CT: 35-40%, MR, US, NM: 20-30%
Average # of cases per Rad, per day: 100-120 studies per day
EMR: Meditech
Voice Recognition and PACS: Dolby Dictation System

AVAILABILITY:

·  1st possible date they would be available?

·  How many shifts would they be able for per month?

·  What month is their schedule completely open?

·  Any shift preferences (Day, Night, Blocks…etc)?

·  Any dates in the next 3-6 months they can’t work?

·  Any Holidays in the next 3-6 months they would be open to work?

·  Clinical Interview Availability?

Rates – please include Weekday Call rates, Weekend Call rates, and Hourly Call Back rates in with presentation.

• BLS
• Board Certified
• Board Eligible

• PALS

• Florida

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Willing to accept those who need to apply for FL licensing but will not start credentialing until license has been issued.
