Electrical Estimator

We are currently looking for an Electrical Estimator for our Commercial Department. I have the general Job description attached above.
 
We originally were looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in electrical estimating with a salary of $100,000 plus bonuses. We have not had a lot of luck with this, however, so we are now open to less experience of anywhere from 1-3 years with the ability to read blueprints for $75,000 – $85,000.
 
For Company benefits, we offer employee health, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also offer a competitive bonus structure which can range from 3% of the employee’s salary to 8%.
 
 
Projects range from $10,000 to $5,000,000.00
