  • Employed position with above-market compensation that includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume) 270k-280k base + up to 20% of base.  This is based on meeting metrics

Compensation and Benefits: 

  • Salary Range: $115k-125k
  • Bonus Structure: 10% bonus on yearly salary

Ideal candidates will be: 

  • M.D. or D.O. graduates 
  • Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required) 
  • In-Office Medical Procedures:
    Suturing: Proficiency in suturing for minor wound closures.
    Joint Injections: Competence in administering joint injections for pain management.
    Skin Biopsies: Capability to perform skin biopsies for diagnostic purposes.
    Wound Care: Ability to manage and provide comprehensive wound care.
    Preventive Screenings: Capability to conduct and interpret preventive screenings relevant to geriatric patients.

  • Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required 
  • Have an active, non-probationary state medical license 
  • Be highly collaborative, and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation 
  • Confident in his/her ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs 
  • Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly and/or medically underserved 
  • Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization

  • Do these calls only happen during business hours? No open to after hours as needed

  • Application Deadline 24 hours 
  • Interview Dates within a week depending on schedules 
  • Timeline from final interview to offer? 24-48 Hours (1st paper sent to candidate is a Term Sheet nonbinding) 
  • Offer, once received, has an expiration of 5 days
