Bakersfield, CA -Primary Care Physician

Position Details
Patient population: families of all ages down to 2 years
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible based on candidate)
Schedule: Daytime hours, 4-5 days per week (flexible based on candidate)

We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and increased overall health outcomes.

Physicians can expect:

• Average of 12-15 patients/day
• More time spent with patients to enhance relationships and build trust
• Far less time with ICD-10 coding and admin work vs traditional primary care, and admin time is built into the schedule (no need to take home your work!
• The opportunity to really improve patient outcomes with a finite patient panel
• Annual visits 60 min.
• Follow up visits 30 min
