Our customer is seeking candidates to provide first class customer service and ensure that all necessary
data is completed properly, accurately, and thoroughly. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and
proactively solving issues. This is a contract to hire opportunity with a great company!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Basic trouble shooting
- Entering service calls
- Database entry
- Outbound calling/follow up calls
- Cold call routing
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 3 years call center
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with cellphone support or technology-based support
- Experience with Microsoft office, excel, and word
- Experience in a factory or warehouse
- Swimming pool industry knowledge
